Return & Exchange

At BLUEWING, we take pride in making sure that you are satisfied with the products you purchase from us. We also understand that sometimes you buy something that just isn't right for your fishing situation so we make exchanges and returns easy!

You may return an item for a refund within 30 days from the purchase date. If you are not satisfied with the product, all you need to do is ship the item back to us. We will cover the return costs for you, if the return is caused by product quality problems.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Items must be in brand new condition, unused, and in the original packaging to qualify for a full refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). For items not returned in brand new condition, a certain percentage of the refund will be deducted based on the condition of the product. The few exceptions that cannot be returned include: Clearance Items / Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order).

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?

We package all of our products well so they arrive on your doorstep safe and secure. We double-box many items, and we refuse to sell products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item does arrive damaged or you have any problems with our products, please feel free to contact us. We will try our best to give you a satisfactory solution as soon as possible.
